# Phân loại khách hàng theo thuộc tính

Giả sử bạn có 100k khách hàng trong inbox gửi hàng loạt thì chỉ có 30k khách tương tác lại. Vậy làm sao để  gửi tin lần tiếp theo bạn chỉ có thể gửi đến 70k "khách chưa inbox".

Bước 1: Vào phần nâng cao chọn "Thuộc tính tuỳ biến".

Bước 2: Tạo 1 thuộc tính: Phạm vi là "khách hàng" và kiểu dữ liệu là "Chuỗi ký tự"

Bước 3: Vào "Chat bot" đến "kịch bản" để tạo kịch bản. Trong kịch bản sử dụng hành động "Lưu dữ liệu".

Chọn trường dữ liệu và **điền** dữ liệu cần lưu.

**Chú Ý:** Dữ liệu cần lưu phải để trong dấu ngoặc nhấy hoặc ngoặc đơn.

Bước 4: Vào Chat bot đến "Chiến dịch".

Trong chiến dịch dùng nút ấn kích hoạt kịch bản mới tạo. Và khi gửi hàng loạt đến khách hàng, nếu khách tương tác vào nút ấn, hệ thống sẽ lưu khách hàng vào trong dữ liệu.

Bước 5: Gửi tin nhắn lần 2.

Trong chiến dịch bạn chọn đến phần "Lọc khách hàng theo thuộc tính". Chọn thuộc tính và lấy điều kiện **không bằng** giá trị (**khachlan1**)  của kịch bản trên. Hệ thống sẽ gửi đến tất cả những khách hàng mà đã chưa tương tác với kịch bản.
