# Điền Google Form

## Công dụng

Tính năng Google Form giúp người dùng lưu trữ dữ liệu khách hàng vào SpreadSheet của Google thông qua API của Bot Bán Hàng.

## Tạo SpreadSheet Google

* Truy cập [Google Drive](https://drive.google.com/drive/u/0/my-drive), tại giao diện của Google Drive tạo Biểu Mẫu mới:

Lưu ý với những **Gmail doanh nghiệp** cần tắt cài đặt hạn chế để sử dụng.

* Tạo biểu mẫu với các trường thông tin cần lưu trữ dưới dạng **Trả lời ngắn.**

Sau khi thêm xong các trường thông tin cần lưu trữ Click vào xem trước Biểu Mẫu để xem trước Form và lấy link có đuôi **viewform.**

Sau khi lấy link có đuôi viewform gắn vào đường dẫn trong hành động **Điền Google Form** trong **Kịch Bản** sau đó ấn Quét form.

* Điền giá trị vào các cột tương ứng (Giá trị ở đây chính là các trường dữ liệu đã được lưu trữ trước đó ví dụ **Thuộc tính tuỳ biến** hoặc **Trường dữ liệu** tại hành động **Hỏi đáp**).

* Sau khi điền xong các giá trị quay trở lại Spread Sheet vừa tạo ấn vào **Câu trả lời** để tạo Sheet.
