# Nhóm khách hàng (Thêm/Xoá Nhóm)

### 1. CHỨC NĂNG

* Thêm hoặc xoá khách hàng khỏi nhóm khách hàng để Theo Dõi và Chăm sóc khách hàng theo **Nhóm Khách.**

### 2. CÀI ĐẶT

#### 2.1. Tạo nhóm khách hàng

* Tại giao diện Chatbot truy cập Khác hàng => Nhóm khách hàng.

* Tạo Tên nhóm phân loại theo từng Mục đích của Nhóm.

#### 2.2. Thêm và xoá nhóm tại kịch bản

* Tại kịch bản chọn hành động Thêm vào nhóm hoặc Xoá khỏi nhóm theo mục đích sử dụng sau đó chọn nhóm khách hàng cần thêm hoặc xoá.
