# Gọi giới tính

## Chức năng

Gọi giới tính (Anh/Chị) mà User đăng ký với Facebook khi tạo tài khoản trong Kịch bản.

## Cài đặt

### 1. Cài đặt tại thiết lập

Tại giao diện Chatbot truy cập **Thiết lập** => **Thiết lập chung** để tiến hành cài đặt giới tính.

Chọn qua Tab **Tương Tác** thêm giá trị Cá nhân hoá giới tính.

Điền các **Giá trị thực tế** và **Tuỳ biến** theo hướng dẫn.

**Lưu** để hoàn thành thiết lập.

### 2. Cài đặt trong kịch bản

Tại [Kịch bản](https://docs.botbanhang.vn/xay-dung-chatbot-voi-bot-ban-hang/kich-ban) gọi giới tính bằng cách gọi Thuộc tính "gender" theo 1 trong 2 cách:

* Ấn **Shift + 4** sau đó gọi **gender.**
* Gọi trực tiếp bằng cú pháp *{{gender}}.*

Lưu kịch bản và ấn **Đến** để xem kết quả.

### 3. Gọi giới tính viết hoa chữ cái đầu tiên (Tuỳ chỉnh)

Tại kịch bản gọi giới tính bằng cú pháp *{{gender | capitalize}}* để gọi giới tính với chữ cái đầu tiên được viết hoa (Thường dùng để gọi khách hàng khi giới tính ở đầu câu).

**Lưu** và ấn **Đến** để xem kết quả.
